Service packages
All service packages include bike cleaning, drivetrain cleaning, wheel truing, gear and brake adjustments, inspection, and tightening bolts to the correct torque specifications. Spare part replacement work is 50% off when performed together with a service package. Basic Service focuses on servicing, adjusting, inspecting, and lubricating visible and easily accessible components. Ideal for regular maintenance and seasonal servicing.

We notify you by text message or phone call, depending on which option you choose when you bring in the bike.

Do you service e-bikes?
We handle mechanical work on e-bikes too. We do not service electrical or electronic components, and we do not service suspension shocks.
Do you sell spare parts separately?
We sell spare parts and products from well-known cycling brands such as Shimano, Vittoria, Continental, and Park Tool. Our selection includes common spare parts, tires, inner tubes, brake components, drivetrain parts, tools, and accessories. Product availability may vary between locations.
Is there a warranty on service work?
Service work has a 14-day functional guarantee. If the same adjustment does not work properly in the following days, come back and we will check it again.
Do you use a service checklist?
Yes. Rullaamo services are based on checklists, so intake, estimate and service work stay consistent.
Are spare parts included?
No. The mechanic tells you the spare part cost before starting the work.
Do I get an estimate first?
Yes. We check the bike on site and tell you what it needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as contactless payments. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are fast and secure using card or contactless payment.
